Balanbale, (insidesomalia.org)-Two people died in Balanbale town of Galgadud region central Somalia after water tanker ran over them in a village in the constituency on Sunday-residents said.
The accident occurred following water tanker was speedily running to a water hole it takes from the water has run into the two civilian in Herijia village 60KM north of Balanbal town.
The two deceased people were a young girl and her mother were passing near a street the vehicle was fleeting.
Other unnumbered civilians also wounded in that disaster those were rushed to a clinic centre in the neighborhood of the location the calamity occurred.
Some residents have attributed this accident as water shortages in the region that causes the water transport vehicles to speedily drive to the water sources that cause in the jam streets deadly accidents.

""The response plan, which focuses on life-saving interventions in health and nutrition, water and sanitation, and livestock and agriculture, aims to mitigate the impacts of drought due to poor consecutive seasonal performance in 2007 coupled with the current dry season,"" it added.
The UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs said the regional authorities were seeking over three million dollars (1.9 million euros) to address emergency requirements for a period of six months.
The mineral-rich region, also known as the Ogaden, has also been wracked by a separatist rebellion, against which government troops have launched a fierce crackdown.
