Mogadishu,(insidesomalia.org)-A speeding mini-bus car has killed two people and seriously injured one in Elasha biyaha area 20km south of Mogadishu later on Wednesday eyewitnesses said.

The car, which has been driving speedily, knocked down the deceased person, while he was hard by the street.

According to the eyewitnesses, the car dragged the injured by a few metres as the car stopped his tyre at the victim’s right leg.

A passerby alerted the car to prevent the car from continuing driving to the victim who was on the ground.

The injured person was said to be battling for life.

"The car was traveling at high speed when it hit the victim on the roadside" eyewitness Hassan Ahmed said.

As the country was teetering with enlarged insecurity and destructive roads for more than 18 years no traffic control workers operate as deadly accidents have been increasing in the last months in war racked country.
